THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF WEBSITES about Costa Rican real estate. Most of them have hundreds of listings and all the answers. This is not one of those websites.
We merely try to be the best in our local market - Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama, Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. We do not pretend to be experts in all areas of Costa Rica and no real estate company should claim they are. We do however have well established relationships with reputable partners in other areas of Costa Rica in order to serve our client to the best of our ability.
We love Ocean View property because that is what most our clients fall in love with. It makes it easier to sell or enjoy if everyone is in love with your property.
You will find that we are extremely seasoned and experienced in all aspects of the property acquisition process and very knowledgeable of the local market area.

We perform in depth property investigations before it gets on to the website so you are not looking at misleading or legally risky property. We spend the up front time for you so you are only looking at sellable properties.
You need to remember a few things before you start your property search:
- Costa Rica does not have licensing requirements for Realtors nor brokers.
- Costa Rica does not have an Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Many Realtors are not legal to work in Costa Rica.
So you must rely on your Realtor to be ethical, honest and be knowledgeable not only about the best properties for sale but also the intimate legal details of property ownership, contract preparation and negotiation, and many unique issues specific to buying real estate in Costa Rica.
There are only a handful of Realtors who have the experience to make sure you are not putting your investment dollars at risk. We are one of those Realtors.
